We needed to keep in mind that this was going to be an investment and focus on the resale potential of the condo. We were able to attend their design centre meetings with Minto and helped them decide which areas to invest in and where to save in terms of upgrades. We knew they wanted something fresh and modern including bright white and grey tones.

MANOTICK SUNROOM INTERIOR DESIGN
Click here to see more home decor ideas from the Sunroom Interior Design project.

Highlights include: (sunroom, dining area, reading nook)
The overlapping of natural textures plays a vital role in the composition of this space. Unique open areas are connected with refined earthy materials and West of Main was able to curate collectables from the owner's travels and add them throughout the design. The existing stone walls which enclose the room are offset with several large, bay windows. The main windows open to a scenic view of lush trees and are framed with a rich wood casing. In order to accent the natural essence of this space, West of Main selected a porcelain hexagon tile that mimics the look of old world terracotta flooring.

BARRHAVEN TOWNHOME KITCHEN INTERIOR DESIGN
Click here to see more of the Townhome Kitchen Interior Design project

Highlights include: (kitchen, dining room, powder room, living room)
This design embodies the client’s love of adventure and natural sensibilities. This project is a perfect example to showcase the fact that you do not have to change the layout nor replace all of the pre-existing elements to give your kitchen a dramatic new look.

WESTBORO INFILL INTERIOR DESIGN
Click here to see more of the Westboro Infill Interior Design project.

Highlights include: (Westboro infill project; master bathroom, closet, kids bath, staircase, entrance, kitchen & wine cellar)
The client’s dream was to create a modern and warm home that is easy to clean. Their top priorities were the kitchen, bath & closet designs, especially the closet! With high ceilings throughout, West of Main decided to accentuate the vertical lines and play with the change in colour as daily light moves across the home. The effect is most noticeable in the kitchen whereby flanking the stove with two vertical backsplash bands of tile, it appears to be a different tile throughout the day.

RIVERSIDE CONDO- MASTER BEDROOM & CLOSET INTERIOR DESIGN
Click here to see more of the Master Bedroom Ideas showcased in this project

Highlights include: (Master Bedroom + Closet)
The interior design of Project Riverside is full of beautiful master bedroom ideas. The material palette is abundant in rich tones and textures. The decor fuses dark tints (found in the wallpaper and millwork), with weightless bed linens. The buff hues in the custom headboard and bedding create a natural sense of warmth in the space, inviting you into the refined setting. West of Main combined multiple natural materials to create an interior design which feels exotic and cozy at the same time. The dark hues in the grasscloth flatter the lighter linens, however, its organic texture allows it to stay in tune with the overall decor of the interior. To keep the intimate mood of the space, the ceiling is painted in a rich teal, allowing the wallpaper to blend into the ceiling seamlessly.

PRESTON HERITAGE HOME DECOR & KITCHEN INTERIOR DESIGN
Click here to see the Home Design showcased in this project.
highlights include: (kitchen, dining, staircase & entrance)
Preserving the heritage ornaments of this home required a team of highly skilled craftsmen and lots of strategic planning.
