Our process
We ask potential clients to provide contact information and some preliminary details about their project, including photos and/or drawings of their space, Pinterest or inspiration photos, desired timeline, and approximate budget. Based on information provided in this quick questionnaire, our team will evaluate if we’re able to take on your project at this time.
Through a 30-minute phone, virtual, or in-person discovery meeting with one of our experienced design consultants, we’ll gain a deeper understanding of your requirements, preferences, and realistic financials for your project.
Your design consultant will share a detailed list of suggested items to complete your space that respect your discussed budget, as well as our client contract for review and approval.
Once the contract and discussed budget are reviewed, approved and deposit collected, our team will then begin diving into the planning, sourcing and design of your project.
You’ll meet with our team in person or virtually to review your design proposal. This includes a detailed budget and list of products, a suggested furniture floor plan, and a mood board with your lighting, furniture (including pieces you’ve indicated you’d like to keep), and decor to help you visualize how everything will come together. After presentation, you'll gain access to our client portal where you can approve and request revisions to your design plan.
Through your online portal, you can request alternatives to, and approve, the furniture and decor selections made for you. You can also provide feedback on the suggested layout. When everything is to your liking, you’re ready to start purchasing your pieces!
One of the benefits of this service is that you’re given a plan that you can then implement in affordable phases. Add products from your provided list to your cart, all at once or in phases, with your discount applied and check out.
Your pieces are delivered straight to your door with care; we’ll make sure to keep you updated on timelines. You can also request white-glove delivery at an additional cost if you need assistance with bringing furniture into your home and setup.
